Scallion oil (Mo Hanh)

Preparation Time: 5 mins
Cook Time: 10 mins
Total Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

5-6 stalks of green onion
6 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Wash the green onion and chop them.
  2. In a skillet or a small pot, heat up the oil. When the oil is hot and starts to get smoky, remove from the heat and add the green onion.

Notes

The green onion oil can be kept in the fridge for up to a week.
